The Thermo CryoMed Controlled Rate Freezer 17L is a precision cryopreservation system designed for laboratory and clinical applications requiring reliable, repeatable freezing protocols. The system logs all usage and events to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, with USB export of PDF run logs and three-tier user access controls. PC interface software enables remote operation, run review, and custom profile development. Real-time temperature monitoring via Type T thermocouples on both chamber and sample eliminates lag and ensures responsive control. Comprehensive alarm systems alert users to thermocouple failures, heater malfunction, temperature deviations, power loss, and run completion. Optional remote alarm contacts and thermal printer support continuous monitoring. Dual solenoid valves deliver precise liquid nitrogen injection for accelerated freezing and uniform temperature control. An integrated air-handling and LN2 injection ring system maintains consistent performance across the 17L chamber. Preventative maintenance indicators for solenoid replacement minimize downtime during high-throughput operations. Constructed from Type 304 stainless steel with powder-coat exterior finish, the unit features environmentally friendly insulating foam and is compatible with VHP cleaning protocols, ensuring durability and compliance with stringent laboratory standards.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
